Dr. Nagasundaram Deivasikamani

Dr. Myong Yom

Dr. Nagasundaram Deivasikamani (Dr. Naga for short), was born and raised in India. There he studied dentistry and received his degree in 2000 at the Dr. MGR Medical University in the city of Chennai. He went on to starting his own private practice where he served the people of his home town. In 2004 he moved to the Persian Gulf, and working in a hospital as a dentist for almost 5 years. Along with his wife and 2 daughters, they immigrated to Canada in 2009. 2 years later he attended Schulich School of Dentistry, The University of Western Ontario for restoratve dentistry clinical skills review course. He challenged the National Dental Examining Board of Canada's DDS Equivalency process and successfully passed the examinations in 2012. In early 2013 Dr. Naga and family now call Winnipeg Home, where he spends his free time with his family, playing tennis, swimming, and horse back riding

Dr. Myong Yom is a 2011 graduate from the University of Manitoba. She was born and raised in Korea, and prior to becoming a dentist she worked as a Registered Nurse for 10 years. She decided to make the big move to Canada in 2001, where she would then decide to enroll in dental school. Upon graduating, Dr. Myong chose to move to Northern Manitoba and treat patients on a First Nations Reserve. Dr. Myong enjoys all aspects of dentistry and also enjoys singing and playing the flute in her spare time.

Dr. Dan Kim

Dr Priya Nagasundaram

Dr. Dan Kim is a graduate from the University of Manitoba where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science. He continued on to futher his education by enrolling into the Faculty of Dentistry where he completed his DMD degree. Before joining Greenwoods Dental Centre in March of 2014, he previously worked in private practice in Brandon, Manitoba and was also providing dental care in Northern communities on First Nations Reserves. Dr. Dan takes pleasure in all aspects of the dental field, as well as getting to know his patients.When is not working he likes to enjoy his free time relaxing, watching sports, or you can find him on the court playing some late night basketball with his friends. Dr. Dan is fluent in Korean, and is accepting new patients and emergencies.

Dr Priya is originally from India where she graduated with her degree in dentistry in 2001, from the Dr. MGR Medical University in the city of Chennai. Afterwards she moved back to her home town, where she practiced general dentistry for a couple years then moved with her family to Bahrain in the Persian Gulf. In 2009, along with her husband, Dr. Naga and her 2 daughters, they made another big decision and immigrated to Canada. She challenged and successfully completed the National Examination Board of Canada's DDS Equivalency process. As of May 2014 she has joined our amazing team of dentists. She is very informative and will always find a smile on her face. Aside from dentistry, Dr. Priya enjoys cooking, doing yoga, meditation, and travelling with her family. Appointments with Dr. Priya can be made at our McPhillips location and she is accepting new patients and emergencies.

Dr. Hermann Lee

A passionate and dedicated person in the dental health and education of the younger generation, Dr. Hermann Lee has been practicing orthodontics in Winnipeg for over 22 years. Dr. Lee holds an M.Sc Degree in Biochemistry from the University of Wisconsin, and a DMD and MS (Orthodontics) from Washington University of St. Louis, USA. He also is an assistant professor at the Faculty of Dentistry of the University of Manitoba. Dr. Lee believes in efficiency in treatment and is dedicated to minimize treatment time for his patients. To achieve this he has chosen to use exclusively the Speed System Braces (www.speedsystem.com) or Invisalign (www.invisalign.co m)in the appropriate cases.

Dr D.K Mittal is the sole owner of Greenwoods Dental Centres. He founded Greenwoods Dental Centre on 693 McPhillips St, Winnipeg in 2004 and then successfully established three other offices in Winnipeg, Lundar and Lorette. He graduated in 1995 from the Prestigious Punjabi University, India and achieved Canadian accreditation in 1999 after taking advanced restorative courses from University of Western Ontario and succesfully challenging the NDEB examinations. He then practiced clinical dentistry for Health Canada for 5 years in Northern Communities. Dr D.K Mittal has since then been practicing clinical dentistry in Winnipeg, MB, Canada. He has been actively involved in upgrading to newer and advanced techinques in Laser Dentistry, Implant Dentistry, Intravenous Conscious Sedation, Sinus Augmentation, Nitrous Oxide Sedation, Root Canals and many more. In his spare time Dr Mittal likes to work out in the Gym and loves playing the Harmonica
